Community Events

You also want to do New Work? Then join our network mailing list by newsletter or charter drawing. At the moment our network consists of nearly 400 executives, "normal" workers, self-employed, scientists and politicians, all of whom want to promote New Work. That's why we organize a variety of events in the German-speaking countries with local network partners (e.g. the New Work Week to work on individual New Work topics and to create new ideas for better work.

Corporate Events

Sometimes companies have already taken their first steps into the new world of work. Then we support your steering group or your executives through lectures and workshops such as our New Work Training Day. As an experienced New Worker, we provide feedback and suggestions from outside. Your Added Value: After a euphoric New Work start, you do not have to make every mistake yourself. We take important steps in your projects with you and increase the commitment and the response in the workforce.


Are you a member of the board or managing director and are you interested in New Work? Then our New Work Talk is right for you. We sit down with you to educate informally and without the intention to contract New Work. We present the concept and possible business cases, chat out of the box and deal intensively with your questions. Your Added Value: sound information and guidance on how to implement New Work in your business.

Arthur Soballa


Arthur studied social sciences and economics and works as a creative director for companies and creative agencies of all sizes. As a manager and trainer in a DAX30 company, he built and led locations. In various functions in brand and communication consulting, he is concerned with building principles for a human working world, in particular innovation and self-organization.

Markus Väth


Markus is one of the most distinguished organization coaches in the German-speaking world and has been active in the fields of New Work, Management and Leadership for more than twelve years. In addition, he has written several non-fiction books in the field of New Work, Management and Psychology and is a lecturer for New Work and Organizational Development at the Nuremberg University of Technology.

Anja Gstoettner


Anja studied law and human resource management and has worked for over 20 years in national and international human resource teams, including 15 years as a senior executive and nearly 10 years in overall HR responsibility and as a member of senior management at the Group level. For over 10 years, she has been dealing with learner agility. As a mental coach and trainer she supports people and organizations in their self-efficacy and goal achievement.
